📈 INTRADAY WATCHLIST – September 28, 2026

Published on: September 28, 2026

Market Overview

U.S. index futures are softer into the 9:30 AM ET open after last week’s gains, with Nasdaq-100 futures down about 0.8%–1.1% and S&P 500 / Dow futures off roughly 0.5%. WTI is near $96 as U.S.–Iran talks stall, the 10-year yield is holding around 5.23%–5.24%, and gold is under pressure. Chip and AI-adjacent names are leading the premarket fade after an OpenAI agent-safety scare; energy and defense remain the relative bid.

Only three Sowell names are still green versus Friday’s close (LABT, MRLN, MBRX). The rest of the 11-name catalyst list is red into the open, so ranking favors premarket continuation first, then liquidity and catalyst freshness. Treat the red names as reclaim setups only if they hold VWAP and print higher lows after the opening drive. PCE on Wednesday and Friday’s jobs report keep index risk elevated all week.

1️⃣ $LABT (Lakewood-Amedex Biotherapeutics) | 🧬 Healthcare / Biotechnology

Current Status:

  • Price: $2.10 (+19.32%)
  • Float: 1.22M
  • Volume: 589 (thin premarket; extreme RVOL vs. ~390K 30-day average once regular session prints)
  • Key Times: High 08:02 ET (PR drop), Support test 08:45 ET

Trading Levels:

  • Intraday Range: $1.76–$2.22
  • Key Support: $1.76 (Friday close), $2.00 (round-number / gap fill)
  • Entry Zones: → $2.25 / $2.10

Entry Confirmation:

  • Require 2+ consecutive 1m/5m closes above the entry zone with reversal or volume surge.
  • Do NOT enter on first touch without confirmation.
  • Targets: T1 $2.39 | T2 $2.48 | T3 $2.65 | T4 $2.85 | T5 $3.10
  • Initial Stop Loss: Place a hard stop 3–5% below entry (maximum risk). Prefer structure whenever possible (low of the entry candle, most recent swing low, or key support). This distance is designed so that a hard dump triggers an exit while still protecting approximately 95–97% of the original capital.
  • Trailing Stop (volatility-adjusted):
    • High-volatility / high-RVOL runners (strong bullish sentiment, heavy volume, wide daily range, FGI-style continuation): Use a wider trail of 8–12% or approximately 2.5×–3.5× ATR. Give the stock room to breathe so you are not shaken out of a true runner.
    • Medium-volatility / orderly grinders: 5–8% or 1.5×–2.5× ATR.
    • Lower-volatility or slower names: 3–5% or 1×–1.5× ATR. Tighten the leash so profits are locked in before the move stalls.

Once price is extended, prefer trailing under the most recent higher low or under VWAP rather than a pure percentage. Never widen the trailing stop — only tighten it as the trade moves in your favor.
