📈 INTRADAY WATCHLIST – September 8, 2026

Published on: September 8, 2026

Market Overview

U.S. futures are mixed-to-soft at the start of the holiday-shortened week after Labor Day, with Dow e-minis lagging as Brent crude presses toward $100 on Houthi strikes against Saudi energy infrastructure. Treasury yields near 4.80% and Friday’s CPI print keep risk appetite selective, so flow is concentrating in catalyst names that already held green after Friday’s close rather than fresh gap-and-fade setups.

Today’s ten names are the Sowell AH/IEX Top 10 carried into the Tuesday session: Bitcoin/AI-infra, defense autonomy, quantum sensing, AML and lung-cancer catalysts, and data-center power. Prefer names still bid versus Friday’s official open with sustained RVOL; fade any ticker that gaps then prints lower highs in the first 30–60 minutes.

  • Trailing Stop (volatility-adjusted):
    • High-volatility / high-RVOL runners (strong bullish sentiment, heavy volume, wide daily range, FGI-style continuation): Use a wider trail of 8–12% or approximately 2.5×–3.5× ATR. Give the stock room to breathe so you are not shaken out of a true runner.
    • Medium-volatility / orderly grinders: 5–8% or 1.5×–2.5× ATR.
    • Lower-volatility or slower names: 3–5% or 1×–1.5× ATR. Tighten the leash so profits are locked in before the move stalls.
