📈 PREMARKET WATCHLIST – August 25, 2026

Published on: August 24, 2026

Market Overview

After-hours tape from August 24 stayed bid in a tight group of low-float continuation names. $DAIC and $AMIX led with triple-digit AH gains, heavy dollar volume, and repeated large-whale prints, while $JEM, $WLDS, and $PMI held green versus the regular-session close instead of giving back the day. Fresh catalysts (ONE Nuclear vote on $HVII, Wearable Devices H1 update on $WLDS, BTC Digital Georgia 10MW deployment on $BTCT, and Micropolis ADNOC robotics news on $MCRP) are still in the tape heading into Tuesday’s cash session.

Bias is continuation-only: names that were green on August 24 and still green in after-hours with sustained RVOL. Fade any ticker that loses the overnight VWAP/opening print in the first 30–60 minutes. Size small — several of these already ran 30–125% off the prior close and will shake out weak hands on the open.

1️⃣ $DAIC (CID HoldCo, Inc.) | 💻 Technology / Information Technology Services

Current Status:

  • Float: 0.88M
  • Volume: 102.0M (280x–3200x RVOL intraday prints)
  • Key Times: High 16:00–18:30 ET AH spike, Support test 16:31 ET whale cluster

Trading Levels:

  • Targets: T1 $4.50 | T2 $5.00 | T3 $5.50 | T4 $6.26 | T5 $7.00
  • Initial Stop Loss: Place a hard stop 3–5% below entry (maximum risk). Prefer structure whenever possible (low of the entry candle, most recent swing low, or key support). This distance is designed so that a hard dump triggers an exit while still protecting approximately 95–97% of the original capital.
  • Trailing Stop (volatility-adjusted):
    • High-volatility / high-RVOL runners (strong bullish sentiment, heavy volume, wide daily range, FGI-style continuation): Use a wider trail of 8–12% or approximately 2.5×–3.5× ATR. Give the stock room to breathe so you are not shaken out of a true runner.
    • Medium-volatility / orderly grinders: 5–8% or 1.5×–2.5× ATR.
    • Lower-volatility or slower names: 3–5% or 1×–1.5× ATR. Tighten the leash so profits are locked in before the move stalls.

Once price is extended, prefer trailing under the most recent higher low or under VWAP rather than a pure percentage. Never widen the trailing stop — only tighten it as the trade moves in your favor.
