📈 PREMARKET WATCHLIST – September 17, 2026

Published on: September 16, 2026

Market Overview

Overnight tape is rebuilding after Wednesday’s Fed hike to 3.75%–4.00% and a late-session Dow slide of more than 600 points. Index futures are bid about 0.6% into Thursday’s open while WTI holds near $102. The actionable tape is in catalyst small caps that finished Wednesday green and are still holding those gains after hours, not in names that spiked premarket and then bled.

Focus is FGI-style continuation: VEEA, LUXE, TPST, CRBP and HITI stayed green versus Wednesday’s open on M&A, earnings or clinical news, with FEAM, PDSB, SABR, KPTI and ARQT as secondary continuation monitors. Reject the +90% to +160% monitor spikes (SNYR, DCX, QCLS) until they prove they can hold VWAP after the open with real size.
